I have EB2 PERM and EB3 I140 approved. Since my EB3 PD date is earlier than EB2 PD , my lawyer filed my 485 with EB3 I140.
Is there any way to find from 485 receipt or application which I140 was used for filing ?

I'm very glad to hear the news. Let us see when my checks are going to be cashed. By the way, was your 485 packet signed by F.HEINAUER @NSC on July 16th?
I did called NSC IO yesterday and she said that my packet must have been in caught up in the front log.
Looks like all our 485 packets have been xfered to TSC from NSC. Hence SRCXXXXXXXXX

nobody has talked about a rally in LA... maybe infront of the Federal building in Westwood... I can initiate if I have couple of more volunteers to help me. If we have this rally on July 28, we will have ample time to arrange for people, etc...

my EAD is still pending. but no lud on EAD cases. just a soft LUD on I-140 on 7/13. Very wired !!

you've taken one sliver of info out of that case and making it seem like thats a primary issue... i dont doubt that what you are purporting is true... but your link pointed to something that was a complete waste of time... i agree that you need to have a permanent full time job and that permanent means indefinite in most cases related to immigration.
